Lindsay Lohan a Free Woman

Lindsay Lohan a Free Woman; Oprah Wants George Zimmerman; Jennifer Lawrence Is "Coolest Chick in Hollywood"We knew she could do it. Nearly five years since her two DUI arrests, multiple rehab stints, and five trips to jail, Lindsay Lohan is off formal probation. Lilo has satisfied her probation terms and is no longer required to appear in court or report to a probation officer. Since November, the actress has completed more than 50 days of community service at the L.A. County morgue. Lohan is still on informal probation for her necklace theft case until May 2014. If she were to fall back into her old law-breaking ways, the judge could sentence her to 245 days in jail. But we have hope for Lohan. She's on the verge of a comeback career. Hot off her Saturday Night Live gig (that while didn't have critics cheering, did give the show some of its best ratings for the season), Lohan just booked a spot on Glee and has signed on to play Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime movie, Liz and Dick.

Winfrey said Zimmerman is at the top of her list for people she would like to interview. Nothing boosts ratings like a nationwide racial controversy. In seems Spike Lee also wanted Zimmerman too but instead chased two old people away from their home. The director has settled with the elderly couple whose address he erroneously posted on his Twitter account. Lee thought he was tweeting Zimmerman's address but instead tweeted the address of a senior Florida couple, who have been unable to return to their home out of fear they would be attacked. Lee has since apologized for the tweet. The couple's lawyer said their claim with Lee has been fully resolved and that the director called them personally and gave them a very heartfelt apology. "He agreed to compensate them for their loss and the disruption to their lives," said Lee's lawyer.

Staff at the Today show are "shocked" that Katie Couric is guest hosting on Good Morning America all next week. "There were a lot of jaws dropping all over the place," said one staffer. "Then there was a lot of sniping." Couric, of course, was the co-host of Today for 15 years before leaving to anchor the CBS evening news. Producers at Today are worried that Couric's appearance on GMA could end Today's 800-week streak of being the top-rated morning show. Yes, that's 800 straight weeks — more than 15 years. Couric isn't setting her alarm early permanently though. She's set to host her afternoon talk show, Katie, starting this September.
